In the period from 21st to 25th March of 2010, the official delegation of the Russian Federation visited Republic of Srpska. The delegation consisted of representatives of the Ministry of Health and hospital directors. According to the plan of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska, the delegation visited CC (Clinical Center) of Banja Luka on March, 23rd, 2010.

During the visit, according to the envisaged protocol, the delegation was welcomed and introduced to the “identity card” of the Clinical Center by Head Director Mirko Stanetić, PhD, specialist. Nenad Prodanovic, Assistant Professor Doctor, Director for Medical Affairs and QMS, met a delegation with the achievements in the field of quality improvement in CC Banja Luka.

In the name of consulting company “Bonex”, Mr. Rade Boškovic presented the project “Introduction of quality systems in the Republic of Srpska, and in front of the Agency for accreditation of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Siniša Stević told us about the” road to accreditation and certification of the hospitals in the Republic of Srpska“. In a period of time from 10 to 11am, the delegation members visited the Clinic of Cardiology, JIM (Intensive Care Medicine Unit), Clinic of Neurology, Clinic for endocrinology and diabetes, oncology clinic, and one part of the delegation visited the Clinic of Pediatrics on 24th of the March, 2010.

During the visit, members of the Russian delegation showed particular interest in the degree of implementation and the problems we have in the implementation of quality in CC, personnel, technical structure, work organization, the number of services provided and the results achieved in our institution.
