Department of Neurosurgery is the only neurosurgery hospital in the Republic of Srpska institutions. The Clinic is at the moment to the full spectrum of emergency neurological surgery and a large part of the spectrum neurosurgery elective surgery.

Part of elective surgery is performed in microsurgery technique, using the most modern operation microscope.
