On 4/29/2010, it is successfully performed CRT / resinhronization cardiac therapy on the right side in patient’s suffering from dilated decompensated cardiomyopathy NYHA III / IV class with EF 15%. The peculiarity of this operation is that it is a common approach on the left side and all the equipment and material are adapted to it. For access to the right side, we have decided, because the patient has got occlusion of subclavian artery.

The success of this operation is primarily the result of a huge desire to help the patient, well-coordinated and experienced team and tendency to improvisation.
The operation was completely successful, the patient feels great and she is successfully recovering.
This procedure is very rarely done in the world, and it was made for the first time in our region.
