
Union of nurses and technicians of the Republic of Srpska, on 12 of May, 2010, at 12:00 am in the amphitheater of the Clinical Center of Banja Luka on the site Paprikovac, organized the International Day of nurses and technicians, with celebration and a workshop on topic ‘By listening to the quality of our mutual satisfaction. ” To participate in the workshop are invited chronic patients gathered in the NGOs in the Republic of Srpska.
The Academy was attended by 93 nurses and technicians, and guests in front of ZO RS Fund delegation was represented by Dr. Mirjana Mihic, then Managing Director of the Clinical Centre of Banja Luka, Prof.. Mirko Stanetić, Chief Cabinet of Director-General, CC of Banja Luka, Nada Jokanovic, head nurse of CC Banja Luka, Slobodanka Samardzija and NGO representatives from the Association of those who suffer from haemophilia in RS, Mr. Branislav Uzelac President and Vice President, Mr. Branislav Vukaljević, Association of people who suffer from stoma, in RS, Mr. Dragan Trivun, Association of those who suffer from Hepatitis B and C Mr. Zdenko Simonovic, the Association for help the mentally underdeveloped persons, Secretary Mrs. Biljana Predojević.
All attendees were welcomed by Prof. Mirko Stanetić, general manager of CC Banja Luka, and he spoke with great respect for the profession of nursing and its place in the health team, a large workload due to an insufficient number of employees, and announced the hiring of new 70 nurses and technicians in CC of Banja Luka.
Dr. Mihic, Fund ZO of RS, conveyed greetings and support from the Fund ZO RS to work on continuing education of our association in order to improve health care in the RS.
President of SMSIT RS, Zora Gojkovic, presented “Challenges in the sisterhood of the RS.”

Ms. Gojkovic announced II Congress SMSIT RS in BiH, which will be held in Banja Luka from 1st to 9th of May, 2010. In the second part of the celebration was held a workshop entitled “listening to the quality of our mutual satisfaction, after which the ending came as a cocktail and continued friendship.
