Fifth sport event of the health care workers from the Republic of Srpska

The organizer of the fifth meeting of fifth sport event of the health care workers from the Republic of Srpska is the University Clinical Center of Banja Luka, and the event is held in the sports – recreation center “Banja Vrućica” in Teslić.In this sport event were involved 23 health care facilities with over 600 participants.

Health Center Bijeljina has 50 participants, General Hospital „Sveti Vračevi“ Bijeljina – 33 participants, Health Center Doboj – 30 participants, Health Center Kneževo – 18 participants, General Hospital and Health Center Zvornik – 50 participants, Clinical Center Foča – 30 participants, Psychiatric Clinic Sokolac – 30 participants, Department for treatment Jakeš Modriča – 16 participants, Health Center Modriča – 21 participants, General Hospital Gradiška – 25 participants, General Hospital and Health Center Nevesinje – 25 participants, Health Center Mladen Stojanović Laktaši – 21 participants, General Hospital Prijedor – 40 participants, Health Center Šamac – 18 participants, Department of Rehabilitation „Dr Miroslav Zotović“ Banja Luka – 40 participants, Health Center Prijedor – 12 participants, General Hospitals and Clinics Kasindo – 10 participants, General Hospital Doboj – 38 participants, General Hospital Trebinje – 26 participants, Health Center Ugljevik – 14 participants, Health Insurance Fund Banja Luka – 13 participants, Health tourist center Banja Vrućica – 15 participants, Clinical Center Banja Luka – 71 participants.

The opening ceremony was held on 1st September 2011, starting at 7 pm and, on the courts for sport and recreation in Banja Vrućica.
The event was attended by the management of the University Clinical Centre of Banja Luka, the mayor of Teslić, Minister of Health and Social Welfare from the Republic of Srpska and the directors of the health institutions participating in the competition.

The meeting was addressed by Dr. Nenad Tanasković, the President of the Sports Club UCC Banja Luka, the Head director of the UCC Banja Luka and President of the Organizing Committee, Mirko Stanetić, Ph.D., Mayor of Teslić, Mr. Savo Kasapović, director of sports and recreation center Banja Vrućica, Dr. Dragan Bogdanić, and after addressing to a gathered people and the program by ethnic group “Koraci” from Banja Luka, Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Ranko Škrbić, announced the sports games of health workers opened.

The essence of this event is not only in competition, sports scores and achievements, but in pleasant company, and the promotion of friendship between health care workers from the Republic of Srpska, pointed out the President of the Organizing Committee.”
