mst1After the handover of duties which was conducted on Friday June 27th, 2014, acting General Manager of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka Professor Mirko Stanetić MD PhD held meetings today with heads of organizational units of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka. Acting General Manager of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka Professor Mirko Stanetić MD PhD said: „Clinical Centre Banjaluka is operating at full capacity because admission of patients and the work of our employees must not be disturbed by any factor“. At the meeting with representatives of the Unions of Healthcare Professionals organized in the Clinical Centre Banja Luka, guidelines for active participation of the Unions’ representatives in all the events which are related to the work of the Clinical Centre Banjaluka, were agreed upon.


Acting General Manager of the Clinical Centre Banjaluka Professor Mirko Stanetić MD PhD said: „The Unions represent the interests of employees. That is why they need timely and authentic information about the events in the Clinical Centre Banjaluka. The web page of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka will be at their disposal in order for the Unions to be able to present their current events and plans to the employees. Another aim is to raise the employees’ code of conduct towards the patients and colleagues“. Representatives of the Unions of Healthcare Professionals are requesting from the acting General Manager of the Clinical Centre Banjaluka Professor Mirko Stanetić MD PhD to urgently find the way to pay contributions to the employees who fulfil conditions for regular retirement so that the problems regarding obtaining a full pension by issued decisions would be avoided in accordance with the activities which were initiated by the Unions towards the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska. Subject matters that were also discussed during the meeting were: reduction of the admission of non-medical staff to employment, urgent admission of employees for the purpose of filling up the vacancies of people who retired or left the Clinical Centre Banja Luka due to other reasons. This especially refers to medical staff. Other subject matters of the meeting were: consistent implementation of laws and bylaws, Law on salaries, special and individual contract and consistent implementation of studies on working places with special conditions at the working place as well as paying the on call duties and inability of using the free days after performing on call duties.
