On July 4th, 2014, representatives of EUFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Clinical Centre Banja Luka. The aims of their visit were an on-site visit to the Clinical Centre Banja Luka and familiarizing with the activities and capacities of the biggest healthcare institution in the Republic of Srpska. EUFOR signed memorandums on timely treatment of EUFOR employees with all hospitals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Clinical Centre Banja Luka.
Representatives of EUFOR were hosted by Acting General Manager Professor Mirko Stanetić MD, PhD who emphasized that the doors of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka were always open to everyone who needed our help. Acting General Manager Professor Mirko Stanetić MD, PhD said: “We are enabled to treat the most urgent cases, big traumas, cardiological problems and intensive care units in the Clinical Centre Banja Luka are operating at full capacity. The Clinic of Traumatology and the Institute of Clinical Radiology are performing their activities at a very high level.” After the discussion, representatives of EUFOR together with the Assistant General Manager for Medical Affairs Primarius Jadranka Vidović MD, PhD visited the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Clinic of Cardiovascular Diseases.
