Department for Pulmology at the Clinic for Children Diseases was visited by officials of McDonald’s restaurant from Banja Luka, who donated monitor for vital functions screening, in cases of children diseases. Donated monitor will be used to determine blood condition of the children, level of oxygen in the blood of the children, rate of the heart and other problems which are treated in this clinic.
The Department for Pulmology treats per year around 400 youngest patients in the hospital and around 5,000 patients in the ambulances. Total value of the donation is 2,500 BAM, and it was fully donated by McDonald’s Restaurant, which collects the donations in the office of the restaurant. The goal of the action is to help the doctors and medical personnel, as part of regular cooperation between the Restaurant and the Clinic for Children Diseases. Major goal is to improve the conditions for as quality and as successful medical treatment for the youngest populations in RS as possible.
