During his visit to the Hospital, Minister Bogdanic, Acting General Director of the Hospital Mirko Stanetic and Assistant General Director for Medical Affairs Nikola Bojic visited Urgent Clinic of the Hospital, Clinic for General and Abdominal Surgery, Clinic for Anaestesia and Intensive Care, Clinic for Traumatology and Clinic for Orthopaedics. During the visit to the Hospital, Minister Bogdanic got information about work of mentioned clinics, and talked with patients about their health condition and treatment in the Hospital. Doctors presented the cases of the patients and further plans for treatment, and Head of the Clinic for Abdominal Surgery Milan Simatovic put accent on one-day surgery which is in use for over 2 decades in all developed countries, which provides savings, but also benefits for the patients, their rest, and better efficiency of the hospitals.

184x124-..-images-images_news-Ministar2The goal of the visit of Minister Bogdanic was to get the information on current situation at Banja Luka Surgery, but also to get the information on work and organization of the doctors and nurses. Attendees of the visits concluded that medical personnel gives their maximum in assistance to the patients, no matter on the conditions of improvisation. The facts that University Hospital of Banja Luka Clinic Centre works on three locations, and lacks separated ambulance and stationary parts, but also difficulties at Surgery Clinic were mentioned as obstacles, with the message that it is necessary to go into reconstruction of the biggest healthcare institution in RS. The reconstruction would remove all the mentioned obstacles.
