The University Hospital Clinical Centre Banjaluka is the biggest health care institution in the Republic of Srpska in which an average number of patients treated on a monthly basis is 6.000. Approximately 45.000 patients per month are examined in outpatient departments. These numbers show how many citizens use our services and how important it is for them to receive timely information on the services which we can provide them, besides providing them with adequate treatment. With the aim of improving our business activities and communication with patients who are our top priority, the Info Centre will start its activities.

 We would like to inform the public/citizens that in the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banjaluka, the Info Centre will start its activities from November 13th, 2014.

By establishing the Info Centre, we would like to provide and to improve communication with the users of our services in order for them to be able to obtain all necessary information in the simplest way possible i.e. by telephone.
