A humanitarian project entitled “One card, one new smile“ that is valued at BAM 50. 000 and aimed at providing aid to maternity homes has been successfully finished today by handing over of the donation of Sparkasse Bank Plc B&H to the Maternity Home of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka. It was a sixth donation to the maternity homes. The primary objectives of this humanitarian action were providing aid to babies, ensuring more secure and more carefree beginning of life for them and providing easier deliveries to mothers as well.
In the presence of Deputy Head of the Clinic of Gynaecology and Obstetrics Professor Nebojsa Jovanic MD, PhD and Head Nurse of the Clinic Branka Kos, a director of Sparkasse Bank Plc B&H- branch office Banja Luka, Mr. Srdjan Travar officially handed over a cheque amounted to BAM 7.500 to Professor Mirko Stanetic, MD, PhD, Acting General Manager of the University Hospital CC BL. The donation was used for procurement of two HUNTLEIGH fetal monitors and one fetal pulse oximeter. The rest of financial assets were used for procurement of hospital linen.
Sparkasse Bank Plc B&H has once again demonstrated that it is a socially responsible company that recognises the significance of the biggest health care institution in the Republic of Srpska.
