Radojka BojanicRadojka Bojanic, a mother of seven children, signed a six month employment contract on the hygiene maintenance activities in the Department of Operating Theatres and Sterilization of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka. She is a thirty-nine-year-old woman who currently lives in Bronzani Majdan. She spent her childhood in the Home for Children without Parental Care “Rada Vranjesevic”. Due to difficult financial conditions, she had been performing various jobs. She sent a job application letter to the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka completely by accident.

Radojka Bojanic said: “I sent a job application letter to the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka completely by accident and I concluded an employment contract on December 22nd, 2014. I would like to express my gratitude first of all to the Management of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka and to all the people who made efforts in order for me to become an employee of the biggest health care institution in the Republic of Srpska. I will perform my duties proudly and in the best way possible in order for me to justify the confidence that has been shown in me. I am aware of the fact how difficult it is to get a job nowadaysand my employment will provide a safe existence to my family and me.”

This is not the first time that the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka provides employment to unemployed people who are exposed to the effects of the economic and financial crisis to the greatest extent. Also, several people belonging to the category of families of fallen soldiers were employed in our institution and accordingly they were given the opportunity to provide a basic existence to themselves and their families.
