Physician from the Clinic of Cardiovascular Diseases, Vojislav Vukasinovic, MD is currently undergoingsubspecialty training program in cardiology in Hadassah Medical Centre, Jerusalem, Israel. It is the biggest hospital in Israel in which the latest treatment protocols are implemented. Educational trainings of our physicians in Israel are conducted within the scope of the project of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska and Government of Israel. Vojislav Vukasinovic, MD has been living in Israel for three years. His training is planned to be finished in 2017 when he will return to the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka.
In Hadassah Medical Centre, Vukasinovic, MD underwent educational trainings in all segments of cardiology, starting from the examinations in the admission unit to the most complex cardiovascular interventions. Even though education includes all segments of cardiology, his narrow specialization will be interventional cardiology and he will apply the acquired knowledge upon his return to our institution.
During his educational trainings in Hadassah Medical Centre, Vukasinovic, MD has an opportunity to improve his knowledge in the field of cardiology and to obtain information on organizational principles of this large and modern medical centre, as well as information on treatment and approach to a patient. Once again it is confirmed that our institution strives to educate interventional cardiologists. It will result in improvement of services of the Clinic of Cardiovascular Diseases and the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka.
