Memorial service for fallen soldiers was held

On July 31^st, 2015, in the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka, before St. Elias Day, a memorial service for four soldiers who fell and one soldier who went missing in the Defensive and Patriotic War was held. The memorial service was attended by a large number of employees of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka. Employees stopped their daily activities for a moment and paid tribute to their fallen colleagues. Before the beginning of the memorial service, a traditional meeting with families of fallen soldiers was held. During the meeting, their problems were discussed and symbolic financial assets were handed over.

Besides families, Management and Organization of Veterans of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka and colleagues, the memorial service was also attended by Mr. Goran Rogic from the City Veterans` Organization and Mr. Dusko Miletic, President of the Presidency of the Veterans’ Organization of the Republic of Srpska. After sanctifying the memorial stone, the attendees laid the garlands down and lit candles. After the protocol, General Manager of the University Hospital Clinical Centre Banja Luka Professor Mirko Stanetic MD, PhD and Mr. Goran Rogic addressed the attendees. Professor Stanetic, MD, PhD has emphasized that our employees must never forget their fallen colleagues and their families.
