1945-2016
It is with regret that we inform all employees in the University Clinical Centre of the Republic of Srpska and the public that our respected employee Nada Trisic has passed away at the age of 71 on January 2nd, 2016.
Nada Trisic was born on May 10th, 1945 in Banjaluka. In 1965, as a nurse, she joined the Ophthalmology Department within the General Hospital Banja Luka. In 1967, she held the position of a theatre nurse in the Ophthalmology Service of the Medical Centre Banja Luka. In 1975, she was appointed Head Nurse of the Surgical Ophthalmology Department within the Surgical Service of the Regional Medical Centre Banja Luka. In the period from 1979 to 1980, she performed duties of Acting Head Nurse and Head Nurse of the Ophthalmology Service in the Regional Medical Centre Banja Luka. After establishing Basic Organization of Associated Labour for Eye Diseases and Ear, Nose, and Throat Related Conditions within the Regional Medical Centre Banja Luka, in the period from 1981 to 1982, she held the position of Acting Head Nurse and Head Nurse in the Ophthalmology Service.
In 1984, she was appointed Head Nurse in the Ophthalmology Clinic of the Clinical and Hospital Centre Banja Luka. After she passed the professional exam for senior medical technician in 1987, she was appointed Head Nurse of the Clinical and Hospital Centre Banja Luka. At the end of 1994, she was appointed Head Nurse of the Surgical Clinic of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka. In 1999, she became Head Nurse of the Clinical Centre Banja Luka and was appointed President of the Association of Nurses and Technicians of the Republic of Srpska. She deservedly retired in 2001.
A commemorative session on the occasion of death of Nada Trisic will be held on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Amphitheatre of the Faculty of Medicine in Banja Luka (Paprikovac location). A funeral will take place on the same day at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Pantelija Cemetery in Borik.
