On November 19th, 2015, in the meeting room of the University Clinical Centre of the Republic of Srpska, the third regular session of the Advisory Council was held. The session was attended by President of the Advisory Council Professor Slobodan Jankovic, MD, PhD, Deputy President of the Advisory Council Primarius Zeljko Rodic, MD and members: Professor Milan Arbutina, MD, PhD, Primarius Milos Bajic, MD, Professor Nikola Laganin, MD, PhD, Professor Dusan Pantic, MD, PhD, Professor Rade Vilendecic, MD, PhD, Professor Ilija Zubovic, MD, PhD, Primarius Dimitrije Trisic, MD, MSc and academician Professor Dragan Danelisen, MD, PhD, Primarius Aco Hotic, MD and Primarius Georgina Jotanovic, MD, as well as General Manager UCC RS Professor Mirko Stanetic, MD, PhD, Assistant General Manager for Non-medical Affairs Miodrag Ilic, LL.B., Assistant General Managers for Medical Affairs Professor Zvezdana Rajkovaca, MD, PhD and Slobodan Hajder, MD, Assistant General Manager for Health Care and Nursing Sladjana Vranjes, Bachelor of Health Care and Nursing, Head of the Institute of Clinical Radiology Assistant Professor Sasa Vujnovic, MD, PhD, Head of the Department for General and Legal Affairs Slobodanka Siljegovic, LL.B.

In accordance with the planned agenda, during the meeting, General Manager Professor Mirko Stanetic, MD, PhD, presented basic information about proposal of Statute of the UCC RS to the members of the Advisory Council. Slobodanka Siljegovic, LL.B. provided more details in relation to this document. Members of the Advisory Council agreed with the proposed concept of the Statute. According to their words, it is necessary to undertake activities regarding raising the level of responsibility of all employees in UCC RS as well as to insist on quality and scope of health care services which this institution provides. Their stance is that provisions which regulate above-mentioned issues are of exceptional importance and that they are for the first time included in the Statute. Besides that, the fact that this Statute for the first time defines role and significance of Board which exclusively deals with the medical issues was also emphasized.

After presenting the proposal of Statute of UCC RS, General Manager also presented draft of Internal Organization and Job Classification Rule Book based on provisions of the proposal of Statute which should be approved by the Government of the Republic of Srpska. Members of the Advisory Council agreed to such organization. It was especially emphasized that principle of organization of future organizational units should be based on objective criteria. It means that it is necessary to fulfil all conditions prescribed by Statute.
